Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of mosix.co (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Fifth Innovation Oy, a Finnish company headquartered in Helsinki. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

"We", "us", "our", and "MO6" in these Terms refer to Fifth Innovation Oy operating the MO6 brand.

2. Purpose of the Site

mosix.co is an informational website about the MO6™ Eternal Tiles product line, the underlying Elementic® Technology, and the design philosophy behind the brand. The Site does not constitute a binding offer to sell products. Sample requests submitted via the contact form are processed individually and may be accepted, declined, or qualified at our discretion. Specifications, prices, lead times, and product availability mentioned on the Site are indicative and subject to change without notice.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, photography, illustrations, typography, layout, source code, and the underlying design system — is the property of Fifth Innovation Oy or its licensors and is protected by Finnish, EU, and international intellectual-property law.

MO6™, Elementic®, and the MO6 logotype are trademarks of Fifth Innovation Oy. The Red Dot Award marks are property of Design Zentrum Nordrhein Westfalen e.V. and are used under licence following the awards received in 2026.

You may view the Site and download materials offered as PDFs (data sheets, installation guides, maintenance guides) for personal, professional reference, and project-evaluation use. You may not:

• Reproduce, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without our prior written permission.
• Modify or create derivative works based on Site content.
• Remove copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.
• Use any MO6 or Elementic trademarks in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or origin where none exists.

Quoting brief excerpts of text or low-resolution images for the purpose of editorial coverage, academic citation, or non-commercial reference is permitted with attribution to "MO6 / Fifth Innovation Oy".

4. Acceptable use

In accessing or using the Site you agree not to:

• Use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages, spam, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, harassing, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Submit information about another person without authority to do so.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security features (including the Cloudflare Turnstile bot-protection challenge on the contact form).
• Use automated tools — crawlers, scrapers, or AI agents — to retrieve content beyond what our robots.txt permits, or in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load on the Site.
• Probe, test, or compromise the security of the Site or any connected systems, including by reverse-engineering the Worker that powers the contact form.
• Impersonate any person or entity in a manner that could mislead other users or us.

5. Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party services we do not control: Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Drive (for downloadable PDFs), and others. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these third-party sites. Following such a link is at your own discretion and risk; their own terms and privacy policies apply.

The Site itself runs on Cloudflare's edge platform, sends contact-form submissions through Resend, and routes resulting email through Google Workspace. Our use of these services is described further in our Privacy Policy.

6. No warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish law, Fifth Innovation Oy makes no warranties or representations, whether express or implied, including without limitation regarding fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement. Information on the Site — including technical performance figures, environmental claims, and product specifications — is provided in good faith but may contain inaccuracies or be superseded; binding figures apply only to formal product data sheets accompanying actual orders.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Finnish law, Fifth Innovation Oy and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) gross negligence or wilful misconduct; (c) any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded under mandatory provisions of Finnish or EU law, including consumer-protection law where it applies.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fifth Innovation Oy from any claim, demand, or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site, except where and to the extent such claim is caused by our own negligence or wilful misconduct.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal data on the Site is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as our practices evolve or to reflect legal changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on the Site itself before taking effect. Your continued use of the Site after a revised version takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by Finnish law, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Helsinki (Helsingin käräjäoikeus), Finland, save where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
